15 - Grounding/Earthing Belief Structure

Practicing heart coherence techniques and Epsom salt baths help achieve similar effects to grounding. Grounding offers the earth's assistance (can be used on a quantum level) based on beliefs in play. Honor your beliefs.

For example: I currently acknowledge believing that touching bare earth soil or grass with bare foot or hand (or at most socks on) would be of more assistance to my efforts than continuing to do as I have been (which is staying inside more often than not, and wearing my comfy, but rubber-soled, shoes when I do go out). I acknowledge that I could probably be doing more to further my goals. I also acknowledge that if we do become a space-faring race, having practice with not having contact with soil would be exceedingly helpful. And, if our nonphysical and quasi-physical friends are to be believed, I believe it is ultimately true that actual physical contact with soil is not necessary. I acknowledge I simply don't have the beliefs in place to experience what I think would be the full effects based on current behaviors.

Following the logic string, I can feel the physical sensation of things shifting around, which are most likely my body's adjustments to the shifting in beliefs. This because, as I write out my logic string, I'm noticing the contradictions, enjoying seeing the polarity/paradoxical nature of it, and choosing which belief I prefer.

Will it stay this way? I have no idea. Probably not. Most new structures take practice to keep into place. This is one I have worked with a bit over the last couple years - especially as grounding/earthing has gained in popularity and I found myself feeling the need to defend my preferences. I feel the need to defend my stance less these days, I think, in most part to knowing what it is I do believe and knowing that a difference in belief doesn't have to mean a dislike of the person. I may not discuss the subject with them in the future, depending on how we enjoy the conversation, but that's only problematic if we can find nothing else to talk about and both want to continue interacting. And even then, only to the extent that it becomes an attempt at a pleasant exit from the conversation, as seems normal for any other social interaction, I think, whether it be to use an activity or object as a distraction or to exit the interaction as a whole.

If I seem cold or clinical about this, it's because I've been socially anxious most of my life (possibly autistic, not sure, but match up with most of the lists I've seen for females) and have had a lot of time to reflect on it. Studying some psychology helped me put language around the subject that isn't just based on what I'm feeling on a physical sensation level. On an emotional level.

But I digress...

Going back to the fundamentals of the physics offered by Bashar, it should be a simple enough matter of making the choice of belief enough times that the dial stays in that position on its own (sort of like learning a new skill or teaching a muscle to make a particular movement through repetition) - also possibly known as the un/sub-conscious portions of us not switching it back to the old 'default' setting (which really wouldn't be the default, since this stuff is learned through life experience and the default ---

Y'know what? That's gonna get messy. Let's try again. Any piece that isn't what you consciously prefer for this reality, how about that? I think that'll work. Maybe...

Nah, moving on.

This, referring back to the original topic, goes back into the idea of choosing the desired reality to live in. At least on a personal level. Eventually it could affect the species level, I suppose, all things being an option. Either way, reminds me of Neville Goddard's (again - other post) 'live from the end'. Considering personal experiences and observation of my own and others, I'm a believer. It's exciting to see the math and science perspective and language for it becoming more public.
